Cancellation Policy

Upon receipt of your order, we will start hand crafting your order. Because we make our items “to-order” once the process of creating your item(s) has begun we will be unable to provide cancellation of the order. Should you need to cancel your order prior to being notified that your order is in process, please e-mail us at sudsofsunprairie@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation of Order [Insert Your Order Number]”.

Refund Policy

For the same reasons as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, as well as our Cancellation Policy, once an item has been hand crafted and your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to accept refunds under any circumstances. As our products are used in spa and bathroom settings, we cannot resell any items. Additionally, because our items are created “to-order”, we do not keep a stock of items on hand. Should you have problems with your order, please e-mail us at sudsofsunprairie@gmail.com so we can see what we can do to make things right.
